Shipping Policy:

To expedite delivery and protect the quality of our confection, orders are shipped Monday through Friday via UPS.
Available shipping options are:

• UPS Ground (3-8 business days)
• UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days - not available to Alaska or Hawaii)
• UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)

Please be aware of the following UPS restrictions:

• UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes
• Shipping & handling charges will be applied to each recipient’s destination address
• No Saturday delivery
• UPS does not ship to APO and FPO Locations – Please call (703) 343-0160 to discuss possible arrangements via USPS.
• Shipping & Handling Charges subject to change with market conditions
• Shipping can only be guaranteed with accurate and complete addresses

Cancellation Policy:

The customer will be allowed to cancel an order until the order is packaged and shipped.

Refund Policy:

Betty Jane’s Sweet Delights ™ will if, for any reason, the customer is not completely satisfied with their order, will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Limited Quantities:

The customer will have the option to continue to place the order and will be advised of the approximate ship date. They will have the option to cancel the order if the ship date does not meet their needs.
